Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in Photos
We spent most of our time in Addis at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, which was very nice. It had 3 of the 4 best restaurants in Addis, an excellent gym, and a nightclub playing African jazz, traditional music, and dance, as well as a large-breasted woman in a low-cut dress singing personalized songs to individuals for bills stuffed in her bra.
With all that to offer, there was no reason to leave the hotel except to walk 10,000 steps each day, see the National Museum, where Lucy's remains are housed, and visit Trinity Church, where people give money to the priests.
A lot was going on in Addis, sub-Sahara Africa's fastest-growing city. But I am too lazy to write about it. Instead, here is Addis in photos.

Behind the pretty signs are the neighborhoods destroyed by development.
